Can I get rid of stretchmarks?

I just woke up one day and I had stretch marks on my inner thighs =( my boyfriend says they dont bother him at all, but they bother me! is there a way I can get rid of them? I have thin skin so they are deep and pink/purple looking. god they are are hideous, also I have fair skin and I am afraid to go tanning because it may may them more noticeable..?

please help!

I used to have stretch marks on my boobs because they grew like 3 cup sizes in one year, hah, but if you get mederma scar medicine it really works. I think its kind of expensive but it makes them go away. :)

ummm wow. I would suggest rubbing cocoa butter on it every night before you guy to sleep, OR. you can seek plastic consultation, and they have a special procedure to help remove stretch marks. :] good luck.

Red stretch marks can be lightened with lasers. White stretch marks are permanent.

yeah, I was doing the cocoa butter thing for awhile, but I stopped. I think I am going to try again. what about tanning? nobody can see them but me, and sometimes my boyfriend so its not THAT big of a deal, but I want them gone =/ I feel less sexy =)

they will never go away completely but if you use bio oil on them every day they will go white and be less noticeable, dont tan with them coz they stay white and it makes you look like a zebra, i have them on my inner thighs too, they are so annoying
