Stressed hair alert

I have fine light, light blonde hair and I flat iron it and yes it is naturaly that colour. L8ley its not being a good head of hair. So to say, when I streighten it, all these little short pices stick out all over my head like a bunch of those short dead hairs you get on the top of your head. What at-home stuff works? I’ve tried mayonaise and olive oil but it doesnt work!?!

Are you using any product in your hair while it’s still wet?

You should really try using sleek and shine shampoo (Garnier makes a great one) and using styling gel in your hair while it’s still wet. Then dry your hair with a round brush - straight and then straighten it.

Well first is sounds like you need to get your dead ends cut off. I like using a product from Biolage. They have a thermal setting spray that you put on your hair before applying the heat. It helps set the hair and stay in place. This time of year is harder on hair because you have all the dry heat (if it is cold where you live) I have a humidafier in my home so things don’t get so full of static. Also you can use a product Kenra platinum smoothing cream, or Cibu sticky rice pomade. Now all of these are bought from salon’s. Good luck.
