strange energetic uncontrolable outbursts

i think there might be something unstably wrong about me lol. i always jump around & when im thinking about something in mii mind im off in mii head & mii hands always move around like im insane…like if i was on the computer ill start typein with mii fingers as i think…or ill be thinkin about something & be jumping around & acting crazy…i only do this at home but sumtimes i catch mii self doing it in public ppl look at me like im crazy. & i cant help it, i say i wont do it ne more but mii body just does it. its almost like i have no control. wen i realilize it i stop. & im embarresed. its so strange. i just have energetic out bursts but mostly with mii hands . what could this be?

It is normal. I did the same thing for near 20 years or more. I am not too sure I ever quit. I do have a bit of ADHD, but I managed to get through school and do ok for myself.
