I’d have to say I get most of my rings or necklaces from japanese/chinese stores.
it depends on what kind of jewelry you are buying..if i just want cute jewelry for everyday wear..i sometimes go to claires or jc penny..but if you are wanting something more punk then hot topic is a great place..i personally LOVE kays..its expensive..but i love about everything in there..lol..
