does anyone know of a store in canada that sells affordable scene clothes?!?

my mom just lost her job and trips to the states and hot toppic shopping sprees and such are now going to be a thing of the past until she gets a new job BUT I NEED CLOTHES!!! i need 2 start back 2 school shopping and so far, walmart and zellers have been no help :P

like skinny jeans and tutus and all that stuff…im going into grade 10 and in grade 9 i built up my reputation as a scene kid and i havent been able to find anything good at cheap stores like walmart :P
