The butt is mostly fat, esp on a female, which you don’t want to increase but you can increase the size of your glute muscles by doing deep knee bends, a.k.a. squats. Do them with weights, either holding dumbells in each hand or a barbell on the back of your shoulders. (yeh, I know I misspelled “dumbells” but it looks better this way)

u can loose weigh and have a bigger butt! I have a big butt and this is how I get it!

  1. get down on both knees and hands! like a dog!

  2. then lift up one leg kicking back! do that leg like 30 times and then the other leg 30 times too!

your butt should be getting rounder lifted up and bigger in a couple weeks! but dont forget to do that 2 times everyday! and lift leg 30 times in each leg! hope this will help u! GOOD LUCK!!
