still touch problems!!

I received the advice the other day to click sync movies or click select all to get my movies into my touch from itunes. I can not find anywhere on the menu in itunes either of these things. Feeling really dumb here!

Go to File at top right corner of the itunes screen then scroll down to add files to library open the folder with your content and if there is more than one in that folder hold down the “control” button as you click each video or song so that all are highlighted then click open easy … don’t feel dumb took me awhile too… Hope this helps..
