Steriods?! OD?! Help

I’ve had headaches lately so the doctor put me on these steriods called Decrdon or something like that… thats the short name at least. Anyways.. what happens if you take too many? Can you like die or something? Also… is Midrin a strong pain killer? I’m on those too
