Can a staph infection cause a runny nose and headache?

Answer #1

From what I have read (googled staph infection symptoms) there is no connection between them. So my research says no. I am not a doctor, so you might contact your physician and ask them. They would know more about this. Hope this helps. :-)

Answer #2

Yes, it can. When you have a staph infection your body is fighting hard to try and fight the infection so having a running nose, fever, headaches, etc along with the infection is quite normal. You have been to the doctor i hope…staph infections can get quite serious.

Answer #3

No, I have no ride….but it’s to the point where I can barely move my wrist because it’s on top of my wrist… :(

Answer #4

if you have a staph infection you need to see a doctor imediatly, staph infections are life threatening, if left untreated you can loose your wrist, and the infection is likly to spread if it gets to any blood vessles. if you dont have medical insureance go to your local emergency room, they are required to treat people regardless of ability to pay. if transportation is a problem call all of your friends and family and ask if they can drive u. if they cant, take a bus.
