Is St. Louis, Indiana a bad city?

I believe it is in what neighborhood you are in.

I’m not sure if you’re talking about Old St. Louis, Indiana or St. Louis, Missouri. I tried to research Old St. Louis, Indiana and whether or not it was dangerous, but I couldn’t find anything. I live in St. Louis, so I can tell you about that. First, I have to clarify something. We DO have a dangerous city, but there’s a difference between St. Louis City and St. Louis County. They’re actually considered independent of one another. So while our city is considered dangerous in some parts, the county’s fine and there are even parts of downtown that are incredibly rich and incredibly safe. I feel like every city has that issue, though, there will always be crime. It’s just about knowing where you are and knowing to have your wits about you.

I have to disagree with these. I would say the safest places in the St. Louis Metropolitan area are St. Charles, St. Peters, Brentwood, Webster Groves, Kirkwood, Ladue, Clayton, Chesterfield & Ballwin.
