Sport movies with a sociological/controversial issue

For my sociology class ihave to write a movie report on a sports movie that has a sociological issue [ ex. Racial issue, gender issue, class issue, etc ]. What are some good movies icould use ?

I’ve already thought of using : The gridiron gang We are marshall The express Remember the titans Pride

What are some more good movies icould use ? Ionly need to pick one, but iwant a variety to choose from and also most of the movies ihave already are football movies, so maybe ones with another sport.

Girl Fight would be a good one.

It’s about a female boxer, played by Michelle Rodriguez, and the hard time she has being accepted due to being a girl.

OH!

Or, A league of their own!

Classic baseball movie about women’s baseball leagues that came to pass after the men were shipped off to WWII.
