Get your name and clips out on youtube! get lots of people to subscibe and like your videos then you will get attention from people like Machinima. That’s the best way i know of! and it takes time so don’t think it will happen right away.

You have to be pretty good. Get a team and start playing tournaments and then approach companies that manufacture and market the games and ask for sponsoring after you’ve won a few tournaments. That’s how I know that some people do it.
