spirit and soul?

hello. the spirit we have is from God the creator. the blood that we have in our veins is the spirit of life. no blood , no life. the soul is what has been created in the image of God, therefore, it seeks to be connected to God. When man disobeyed God, which was sin, that seperated us from God. He sent Jesus, to pay the price for us and so that we could be reconciled back to God. So when we admit that we are sinnners and invite the blood of Jesus to cleanse us of our sin, we are connected to God as He always entended. That is why you see all these people addicted to so many things. They are trying to fill the void that only the one who creatd it can fill. So in a nut shell as long as we are on earth we have a body and spirit(of life) and a soul. The body will be transformed and our soul is what will live on forever. either to an eternal life, or an eternal damnation. But he sets before us life or death, blessing or curse. He tells us to choose life so we and ours may live but He does not force us. He would not be the Lord God Almighty if he forced us, He gives us a choice, or free will. Hope this helps. spirit is the real you, who stays in the body, and thats why you continue existing in a different realm even after death becoz you are spirit, soul is the reasoning faculty of man which helps him/her to interact with the informational, mental and emotional realm. so we are spirit, we have souls and we live in bodies, can explain further if needed

This is actually a very good question… But they are not the same thing but very close… Spirit is usually associated with with someone close who has passed on… And soul is basically the living spirit within yourself… Does that kind fo help?
