Answer #2

yeah, wiccan pagan spells whatever.

Answer #3

there are mysterious natural earth energies all around us.

once you focus on becoming connected to the natural environment- you can feel this.

the mayans, druids, native american shaman , and witches, all knew how to tap into this natural energy. this energy falls under the heading of ‘paranormal’.

animals use this energy all of the time- be it in the form of electro magnetism, etc. ducks and geese use it to navigate around the planet- from their wintering areas to their summer areas, whales utilize it to navigate around the globe, salmon use it as well- has science proven beyond a doubt EXACTLY how they do this? I have seen many theories- but nothing conclusive- and yet it happens every year. a cat from delaware- moves with its family to california- months later it ends up back at its home in delaware- how did it do this?? is there a cat GPS system- no. and yet that cat used something to guide it back home- this happens quite a bit.

so from my own personal experience wih the occult, there are ‘undefined’ energies that do exist. it would be demeaning to human beings to say that lower animal life can tap into the ‘unexplained’ and us with our increased mental capacities could not.

the world is a wonderful and mysterious place,

If “magick is energy” then you’re redefining “magick” to be pointless. How does my laptop run? On magic! Why does stuff fall when I drop it? Magic! How do I get sustenance from food? Magic!

However, all of these things are explainable in a perfectly mundane fashion, relying only on the normal laws of physics that govern the material universe. Suddenly claiming that this somehow justifies what you really mean by “magick” is a completely unsubstantiated leap of logic.

“If you pray or think a lot about something. You send energy out and the desired thing comes back.”

No it doesn’t. If it did, you would be able to quantify what sort of energy it is: Heat? Kinetic? Electromagnetic? You would be able to measure it. But you can’t, because nothing is happening.

“I can’t really show you under controlled conditions though anything different than normal energy.”

Then how can you tell anything out of the ordinary is happening at all?

Answer #5

“It isn’t out of the ordinary though. It is just energy you send out to get to you’re goals.”

Claiming that you can ‘send energy’ in some undetectable, unmeasurable way to accomplish things without physical action is out of the ordinary. And completely unsubstantiated.

“there are mysterious natural earth energies all around us.”

You’re going to have to define what you mean by “energies” there. Not to mention ‘mysterious’. If they’re so mysterious, how are you so sure they exist?

“the mayans, druids, native american shaman , and witches, all knew how to tap into this natural energy. this energy falls under the heading of ‘paranormal’.”

Prove it. There’s no evidence they did anything other than empty rituals.

“has science proven beyond a doubt EXACTLY how they do this?”

Yes. And if it hadn’t, that doesn’t automatically mean that it must be ‘paranormal’.

Answer #6

“There are, Just because you are ignorent about the energies does not mean that they don’t exist. Do SOME reasearch on magick before you bash others.”

The burden of proof is on you, the person making the claim, to demonstrate that these “magickal vibrations” exist. Given that you’re so sure they do, you must have some idea as to their nature, surely? And therefore, an idea of how you would go about measuring them?

“You prove you have a god then we’ll prove they did stuff other than empty rituals.”

You’re right, the concept of a god is an unprovable assumption. That’s why I don’t think any exist.

Answer #7

Kay, You’re damn prayers and such ARE magick! You are asking for forgiveness or something and if you really want it, you pray very hard. You send out magickal vibrations towards the goal you want.

There are, Just because you are ignorent about the energies does not mean that they don’t exist. Do SOME reasearch on magick before you bash others.

You prove you have a god then we’ll prove they did stuff other than empty rituals.

Uh, If it works and is unknown, It does.

Answer #8

It isn’t out of the ordinary though. It is just energy you send out to get to you’re goals.

Answer #9

I know what I’m talking about. There’s no such thing as magic. If there is, I invite you to provide a demonstration under controlled conditions.

Answer #10

Arachnid:

KK.Please don’t say stuff like that. If there is no such thing as Magick, there is no such thing as energy! Kay? Just seriously anyone who knows what they are talking about answer.

Answer #11

Magick is energy so, there is magick otherwise, how are you damn typing? You have energy to do that. If you pray or think a lot about something. You send energy out and the desired thing comes back. I can’t really show you under controlled conditions though anything different than normal energy.
