Speech for college english

I have to do a 5 minute speech for college english. I dont know what to say. But it has to be on my hero. And I think soldiers are heroes. So does anyone have any suggestions upon what to say when I do it?

well talk about their role in society, the type of training and sacrifice they go through, (do you know any soldiers? examples are good) research up stuff on different types of soldiers, maybe some history on the first professional soldiers, etc etc, there’s a lot to talk about… why they have an impact on your life, how they impact people without people even knowing it…

I think I’d build around the definition: noun: a person distinguished by exceptional courage and nobility and strength - noun: someone who fights for a cause - a voluntary, non-selfish, honorable choice.
