Why is there no sound on my moms iPhone4S?

The vibrate switch is off, and the volume is all the way up but you cant hear any sound. You can hear people when you talk but you can’t hear it ring, you cant hear games or siri

Try calling your service provider. They can either solve the issue or advise you to buy a new phone. They could even get you a new one for free if it’s a problem that was caused not by your mom, but the company.

obviously the speakers are busted…. if its within the warranty you can get a new one if you return it to the shop..
