then you must know that its not a permanent peircing and that it will grow out leaving a very noticable scar so only get it if your happy that youll have a scar on your face thats not going to go away as for flinching, you probably wont but if you did, yes, they could cacidently hit a nerve which would make your eyebrow droof ever your eye, which can only be fixed with surgery this is very rare, but possible if you flinch and they hit a nerve
