Sore on Labia Minora!!!

I was looking at my stuff and there are like 3 sores, not round, on my labia minora. They kind of stick out a little. They itch too. They are also the same color as the surrounding tissue. I am going to make an appointment tomorrow to get it checked out. Any ideas on what it might be??? Advice?

I put some vagisile on it. The itch went away. think the tinny looking bump things are supposed to be there. They jet off of the labia minora. Herpes, I read, are round bumps that pop and blister up these haven’t. These are not filled with puss either. I feel like a blond, but it is better to worry about my health than ignore it.
