Song, sung by probably a black lady with a high voice

Hello, Im looking for a song, sung by probably a black lady with a high voice. I heard it in 1987 but it might be older. I never heard it again. Its a slow song and it sounds pretty sad. It has a bunch of “crying” violines in it. As far as I remember and my knowledge the lady sing something like “ I aint nothing cause Im imature” I really dont know where else to look nobody knows. Maybe I find it out here. Id be very happy. thanks.

hello, sorry no, I tried a lot like stacy lattisaw and gwen guthrie. someone told me from my description its a mellow track whatever that is. I dont know no other words in this song but it really is beautiful. thanks for answering. medusa

I don’t know but its probably by whitney housten she did a lot of great hits in the 80’s and she is a black lady with a sometimes high voice
