good topics for songs in grunge genre
Grunge artists usually wrote lyrics about being down, outshined (to quote a Soundgarden song), or drug use. Not all of their songs were like this but a good majority had these themes. Try out those topics when you're writing a grunge song.
doesn't really matter what topic. Whatever you get the urdge to write about. Limiting yourself to a certain topic when writing a song is going to result in a sh***y song. You got to be into what you're writing about. =P
