Son has PDD form of Autism
I’m a college educated man and my girlfriend whom I love very much has a son with PDD. Seems as though everything I look up or everyone who seems to know something about this disorder has a different opinion on how to handle things. It’s madening that noone has the same opinion about anything. One expert says one thing and another says another thing I’m so confused on even the simplest things on how even to disipline the child or anything. Any one have any advice on what or where I can get informatiion to help out. Or is there no one way to handle things and you just have to muttle through things not knowing what to do. thanks for any help you all could give me…
There are so many different things and places you can get info from! You can try your local mental health department, if he is younger then 3 you can call up early intervention and have him get services. Can you be more specific on what you are looking for or need?
