How to cool down my little sister's fever?

my little sister is burning up. How do I cool her down quickly while shes asleep? her throat is almost completely closed. I need quick help!

Just take her to the emergency room, I’ve had my throat almost closed too its because of the infection, it swells it. She needs to be put on meds. right away.

if she is having trouble breathing take her to the hospital in now also she could die if her temp gets too high, make sure you take her to the dr
