My name is bella. I am from kitchener, ontario. I had an extreme issue with a woman from mac cosmetics in fairview mall. She told me and 2 other woman that we were too fat to be looking and or thinking about buying their products. She told us to never come back in till we lost our weight and then she said even if you lose the weight you still wont look good. All I was doing was looking at a colouring that I really wanted. To be honest I never shop for it but I was looking. I felt very enbarassed, and honestly I dont know what to do about this. Any answers?
Thats horrible. I can't believe someone would so rude to you. You don't have to be skinny to be beautiful, amd makeup has nothing to do with weight. I think you should immeadiately call her manager and complain, and also contact head office, explaining your situation. And 9 time out fo 10, if you say something along the lines of "I will never have a good opinon about your product because of my exprience with the sales consultant", the head office will send you free stuff to win your back. :) Sales is all about making the concumer happy and selling your product.
That sales consultant should be fired on the spot.

Call the store and ask to speak to the manager...if it was the manager who told you this, send an email to head office - they surely won't appreciate that.

thats what I was gunna say, with the manager thing. if they want to keep their job, they shoudlnt be talking like that. that is just rude and not acceptable
