running shoes in general dont know names of shoes but if u like go to running section of a shoe store u should find some gud ones

i know they are pricey but they are very comfy and lightweight and are great track shoes :) i have nikes and reeboks

Depending how serious you are about track, you might want to consider buying some Track Spikes. They’re super light with spikes on the bottom to help you grip the track. The other option is to purchase some Nike, Reebok, Asics, Saucony, etc training shoes that are light weight, breathable, and have shox in the heal to give you an extra bounce in your step!
