How can I not smudge my eyeliners with my eyes?
What should I put on the eyeliner to make it strong enough to stay and not smudge or dry?
Get a waterproof eyeliner. Or if you just want to stick with the liner that you have now then maybe after you apply the liner you can go over it with some eyeshadow that is the same color. That should keep it in place. Hope this helps!

What yu mean by that? I knw how to put eyeliner so I dont need the q-tip….but for cotton…i cant always take it wit me and go to washroom to remove it….
