This is a sweeping generalization. Not all really smart or pretty people date idiots. Theres more to people then meets the eye. I’ve dated people who other people thought were morons but there was a lot more to them then what other people saw.

Because there is someone for everyone.!

But honestly, it’s all a part of one’s charm - for most and once they date that moron… they get to see a different side of them that they don’t necessarily show others ;)

you cant judge a book by its looks. the same way people may look like morons but actually speaking no one is that way, every one has their own talent and potential of doing things. this is what the boy/ girl look at and fall in love/ date

Maybe because dating someone dumb makes them feel even smarter XD I know I personally am probably considered a “smart person” but I like to date girls who are smarter then me so they can teach me things and actually hold a conversation I will never understand smart people who date dumb asses.

ok here’s my view on this, mind you i’m a high school girl so my answer might be biased. so, smart guys date dumb girls cuz they think it will be easier to understand them even though all girls are insanely complicated. dumb guys date dumb girls cuz they just go well together. then there are smart girls who break into two catagories, the ones who act dumb for attention (and to date guys) and the smart girls who act smart and find it more difficult to find boyfriends until college or later life when guys begin to have conversations with girls instead of just judging on how a girl looks. as a smart girl who acts it, i am just saying this from personal experience, also this is generalizing but it is true in most cases i’ve come across.
