Actually, ANY pattern that is ‘round-ish’ (like flowers) will generally make them look bigger. Straight up/down lines and stripes make them look smaller.

Pastels make them (or any part of your body) look a little bigger (pink is a real culprit here), while darker colours tend to make things look less conspicuous.

Square and round/scallop necklines make your bust and chest area look bigger, while V necks have the opposite effect.
