How can I slim down my hips and flatten my stomach without diet or exercise equipment?

I want to have slimmer hips and a flatter stomach without going on a diet or using exercise equipment.

Additional details— For those of you who think I don’t want to do anything…I said without equipment. I’m fine working out without equipment. As in cruches, push-ups, running, etc.

I don’t want to do a dieting program, but maybe just cutting back on junk food. Ideas? Or even if you do have an idea of a early mornig dieting is kool.. Please help… Thanx

Fiber plays a part in losing weight and its also very good for you. But dont change all your foods choices at once, gradually increase your intake of fiber. Protein , whole wheat, nuts, and berries can help you lose belly fat. Having a balanced meal every day can also help your lose weight. Drink a lot of water!!

It’s not ALL about diet at all! Dieting is an awful fad which has now become a leading industry as it grosses so much money, creating illusions and leading people with unhealthy dreams and it annoys me so much. Just keep to a balanced diet, not even having to be super healthy. As for loosing weight, I was never a super fit, trim etc. person but I got into a divi 1 soccer team and found out that I needed to be running more. I was never really a runner but I picked out a nice track I wanted to go on, later measuring it at about 3k’s and a just did this for 2-3 times a week. I started feeling amazing, it was incredible, I had so much more energy and inspiration -I know it sounds clesha- and then I even found I began eating healthier. I didn’t neccassarily loose weight but I think it worked out for a lose of fat and gain of muscle, if you get what I mean, resulting in me looking trimmer and this insane energy. I think if you just try simply running, even if you don’t run the whole thing at first, you would feel and look amazing. Build your self up slowly. And please do not try dieting and changing your habits and lifestyle, just add in more activity. As for crunches and push-ups etc. they are more for muscle building, which can lead to looking trimmer, but I think it is a slower process and more for strength. And on a last note, by a juicer if you can, simply because fruit juice has become my best friend! All the best of luck xx
