the characters in that show have many different outfits, and what i assume is hundreds of different skirts, so we cant help you find exactly what your looking for unless you have a picture of decent description of it. other than that there are websites that you can look at the will show were to get the clothes they wore out or wore on a particular episode. i know theres tons of ones with what miley wears, for emily i found this, click on a picture and it comes up with were to find what she has on or were to find something similar http://www.funadvice.com/r/3jt8std8jq
