How can I lose weight?

Im 21 curvy only a size 12 and I like being curvy but I want 2get down 2a size 8/10! Only thing is I want to do it ASAP! I don’t care how I do it I just want it done.. anyone got any ideas?!

some people loose weight from certain places first do dont get scared if you start losing your curvyness for a while it will eventually catch up. There are so many ways! What everyone knows is healthing healthy and eat a little less than you already do and extercise more. Jogging and jumping is awesome! chicken salads without dressing sandwhiches without cheese or mayo is easy once you get used to it. =) Fruit, milk, or cereal in the mornings all togther or I like smoothies with only fruit and plain yougurt. The improtant thing is portion control! healthy or not always.

Eat healthy (green salad, apple, cut down carb/sugar, green tea or water beside sodas/sugar drinks, whole wheat grain/fiber, fruits smoothie, white lean meat.. etc)

and exercise right (jogging, brisk morning walk…etc)
