Skinny And Boney

I dont like it im tall and thin and im very boney I eat a lot sometimes lots of junk food but I dont gain any weight my fingers are also long and boneyish I REALLY dont like it elbows and knees are also boney andthing I sould do eat? I dont know D:

hello I almost wanted to say girl are you crazy I am fat and wish I were skinny and boney, but I understand. All I can say is work on your inner being and you will not care about the bones. I can say this because oppisite of you as I said I am overweight, working on it but I do not feel awful about myself anymore because I am free from guilt and shame. When I opened my heart to Jesus Christ he has given me peace and wisdom among other things. Everyone will have an opinion but at the end of the day the soul is what really matters. When you do this you will start to feel better about yourself. Now if you are sickly Gods healing power is not limited and that body can be healthy if you feel that it is not. So look into your heart and find the real concern and deal with that, everything else will be ok. hope I helped you.

if you think your too bony, start training, and if you tell me your too lazy to train, THEN STAY BONY, also eat meat and good stuff, dont eat junk to get bigger, that will bring you to unhealthyness which can lead to heart attack( I’ve been through the heart attack cause I was eating junk everyday, and I am just 16 years old.. so watch your back) if you eat well and train a lot(weights for your arms and for your leg, set ups push ups, if your not too shy of your body you should go to a gym also, where you get daily routines for execises)

You just have a high metabolism or maybe genetics from a skinny relative. You never mentioned your age. Have you entered puberty yet? If not then, I’m sure there will be a diffrence when you do. DO NOT eat junk food. It’ll only make you unhealthy and give you acne. Anyway, maybe lowering your metabolism or workout might help.
