How can I make my skin fare. Please suggest me which type of diet and fruits are helpful for fare skin

You cannot change your skin colour by any means except tanning it really. The most important thing is to look after your skin so it looks it’s best. Drink lots of water and eat a healthy, balanced diet. Try to avoid staying up too late a lot, and always remove make up before bed. Cleanse and moiturise twice a day and this will make sure your skin looks healthy.

Please don’t try any solutions you find that say they may lighten skin, they tend to not work anyway and are harsh and can cause a lot of irritation. You are best off just learning to love your natural colour and maybe learn to enhance your favourite features of your body and face through clothes and make up so you can feel more confident within yourself- nobody will really care the colour of your skin (except maybe some very silly people, who are not worth your time) so just embrace it.
