what do I do in this situation?

So my one of my guy friend’s who went on vacation came back after a month. the thing is right before leaving he invited me to this farewell party but i wasn’t able to go so I told him I’ll come see him after he gets back. anyways so he got back this morning and I went over to his house and it was all normal. he showed me his pictures that he tool while on vacation. Then we had some coffee and started watching a movie and thats when things got really awkward. so first the lights were turned off (lol I’m pretty sure I can guess what you guys are thinking right now; dont worry it was nothing like that). he was too close and then he put his head on my shoulder and I freaked. I mean I know him and like him as I friend and everything but I think it was little over the line. that is not the sort of thing that you do with a friend or so i think. Bottom line is I got out of there as soon as i could. he was normal and didnt think he did anything out of the ordinary. but i sure as hell felt really uncomfortable, i mean its been like 5 hours since then and I still feel tense. there is a catch to this whole thing. we did date for like a week when we mutually decided it was not working out and what not. do that is what is bothering me and if someone can please tell me what i should do in this situation will really help me a lot. thanks
