What are the signs of cancer?

iDont think I’m sick.. iBeen takinqq medicine, it juss aint workinqq, I’m qettinqq Bad Headachees, But I’m begininqq to thinkk it may Juss be my Fibromyalgia. bkuz iThink random fever is A Syptom of it, I’m not sure, at all;

Some symptoms are….. Unexplained weight loss, fever, fatigue, pain, and some skin changes. Depending on if you have cancer and what type of cancer, the symptoms can be different.
