Sims 3 cheats

how can I get my cheats to work I cant figure it out. oh and does anyone know the cheat to turn of the aging thing?

In TS1 and TS2 it was always Ctrl/Shift//C. Also, read your Read Me that came with the game: Start/All Programs/EA Games/The Sims 3/Read Me

Look it all up online theres plenty of websites gamespot, and then theres more but cant remember but if its the same way as sims one and two then hold ctrl+ its either Shift or alt +c and then input all the stuff but I havent played three or looked anything up on it, so Im not sure if this is still the way to do it
