How to sign up for sims 3?

Ok I have heard that the sims 3 is kinda hard is it really hard or is it easy because I am going to ge it for my christmas and I want to know is it going to be easy or hard

the controls are way different but once you get used to it its kinda addictive and you ccant go back to sims 2 cause its not as cool. there’s heaps of stuff you can do on it, and its not hard just completely different to the other sims games. its soo different to sims 2. its good though.

It’s def not hard if my 8year old sister can master it… It’s the same really… but I don’t like it as much as Sims2… I didn’t like the controls as much they were just weird… && I didn’t like the sim mods either… =\
