Sick of thighs

I am 14 and constantly caring about my body. I just cant stand my thighs and stomach, they are just so large and have stretch marks. The rest of my body is average size. I have been doing gymnastics for a year and dancing for 6 years. I dance and do gymnastics once every week and I walk from school everyday. I have been on a mild diet when I only eat low fat and low sugar foods but still excuse the every now and then treat. I am also taking original fat blaster diet pills just so it makes my metabolism faster and gives me extra energy. Before anyone goes saying your too young to do this stuff, but this is wrecking and deteriating my confidence. Also how can I get the confidence to walk or exercise on my own, because im always avoiding exercise because I hate walking to the park or shops on my own without a friends. Please help, im just so fed up with trying so many diets and tricks and none actually working.

I say be happy with yourself and how you look . Just imagine life could be worse and you could be a ratard then wht . Just be a nice person because that counts in life not your looks as looks are here and gone tom .

im 14 also and I know how you feel. excep my thighs are too muscular. I play voleyball and get a lot of leg workout. if you want to get rid of fat from your legs try sqats each day. this shud help keep them toned..

hey im 14 2 and I kinda get what your going through!!:)… but I do not mean 2 boast but my stomach has always been straight and toned… I ride horses a lot!! since I was really young it`s great for your stomach… but if thats not available near you swimming is the best overall work-out especially for your thighs…

yea it took my girl forever to open up about her body she always coverd stomach and I always told her theres nuttin wrong with it and she still just coverd and I keep on tellin her shes way beound beautiful and shes perfect the way she is and a few weeks later she opened up more and should me lol but all you girls are wayyy uptight about your bodys

yes you are too young to be thinking this much about it but I will give you some advice. diet is 80% of what you look like. you nutrition is probably not as good as you think it is. under eating is just as bad as over eating, and I would say write down all your snacks. chances are you are taking in more bad things then you think.

Eat right. Exersize. Don’t over do it, but don’t under do it either. Fruits, veggies, meats, water. Exersize for about 45-60 min a day. W/ one day as your break. Try new things. I play Basketball, softball, vollyball. I run every morning 2 miles. I ride horses a lot too. You might think that you just sit there but your wrong. You have to use a lot of muscels to sit on the horse correctly. Do 100-200 sit ups, 50-100 pushups, lift weights, dance, try new things. Be careful so you don’t build up too much muscel. muscel weighs more than fat.

omg,I have the exact same problem! its just my stomach and things! no other problem at all! I’ve tried exercising… nothing! months of trying to lose it, running, dance. cant get rid of it… thats why I ignore it best I can, were long skirts and pants…

people tell me to get over it, that im perfect the way I am. and they dont get it! I mean… until im comfortable with myself, ill be comfortable with people seeing me.. and its been 2 years, and im still not comfortable. so I hope it works better for u, I mean. I dont want to be the people I hate telling me to relax that im perfect the way I am and blah blah blah. but.. ya, when your comfortable with urself.. yeah you get where im getting at with this.

yo! all I gotta say is you be trying to hard its your body yea but you dont gotta try so hard just to loss all that you want to lose just work it off slowly live life as it comes your young you should be haven killer fun not unstop thinkin about your body and da way it looks but yea I feel you I go on 20 mile runs everyday 200 sit ups 100 push ups just to keep in shape try navy seals work outs they work beound great

don’t be ashamed. ever, : ) confidence can make anyone sexier. your fine. quit over reacting about you body. it could be muchhh worse. be thankful for what you got. <3.
