Why is he so shy

Ok so I like this kid a lot. I’m only 13 and so is he. We always talk and we hangout all the time. He wont kiss me or do anything. I want him to but he just wont? Ive only hugged him and that’s it! Is there something wrong with me?

There could be many reasons. Maybe he’s too shy, maybe he doesn’t want to kiss someone who isn’t his girlfriend or he isn’t with, maybe he only likes you as a friend. In short only he will know and all anyone else can do is guess.

There are plenty of possibilities and reasons for your dilemma. First, you might not have gave him the right signals indicating that you have feelings for him. A lot of friends talk a lot and hang out but that doesn’t mean you and your friends like like each other. Second, he is only 13, that’s like the peek age of when boys really start to like girls. He might be too scared or he might think you do not like him, there could be multiple other reasons. But what you should do is, give him hints and joke around about kissing so that he can get your clues. Then there is another possibility, that he may not like you. I know it may sound harsh but it could be the reason why. But my advice to you is just to keep hanging in there, drop settle hints and hope for the best.
