There is this guy that I work with. He’s kinda shy. He’s 24 just like me, but a little bit older. Anyway, one night I received a text message from him. The text message read,” Will you go out on a date with me”? Awww, how sweet. Why did he ask me through text? I’ve only known/worked with him for a month. I’m flattered, How can I get to him to talk more? he’s shy. And when I am around him, I suddenly become shy, too. I am not usually like that. Is he interested in me? I usually don’t go for shy guys, but this one… I seem to have fallen for him. Hopefully an answer might solve my question. Thanks

Of course he likes you or he would not have asked you on a date. He did it by text to avoid face to face rejection and because he is shy, but why are you shy? Just be yourself, relax and enjoy his company, do not be shy, you are probably just what he needs to come out of his shell
