should or should I not?
okay, I used to like this boy a year ago, but I we lost touch. well, yesturday I saw him at the grocery store, and we talked a little, but my conversation was cut short because I had to leave. I called him the next day and we talked about us. he asked if I wanted to go out with him, and I said I have to get to know you better first. Then he asked “if we were to spend time with eachother, what would we do?” so I suggested basketball. Then he asked what else. the conversation went on and then we hung up. I can not decide whether I should go for it and date him or just leave it alone, although that would be hard considering I really like him. if we were to go out my mom would not know about,because she feels I am to young to date eventhough I am 15! she was there at the grocery store, and she knows that we both like eachother, but she feels I am too young. I really want to be with him, but the only thing holding me back is my mom. What should I do?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do you what you like. She may be your mother but its really your own choice if you want to date someone. Respect her advice but go for it if you want to.
You are still living under your parents roof. Sometimes we dont like the choices they make for us, but thats life. If she feels 15 is too young to be dating, you need to respect that. Shes just looking out for you best interest. ALot of parents today dont seem to care or care to get involved in their childrens lives. Thats why alot of them come to sites like this to ask for advice. Dont go against your parents, it will only cause more conflict with them, and will be hard to gain trust back with them!!
did ur mom tell u that she doen’t want u dating when u were younger like 13 or 14 because if so talk to her about it or tell ur dad and he’ll talk to your mother about it, and if your mom says u can’t go on dates just u and him be really close talk to eachother at school, maybe at school he can take u somewhere to eat or something just don’t give up u obviously like this guy and ur parents should know try anything talk to ur prents have a cellphone or somehting on the date so they can have contact with u do anything to be with this guy .
