should my fundal height be measuring 7cm if I'm 7 weeks?

Just measured my fundal height & I am measuring at 15cm but I think it should be 7 cm if im 7 weeks pregnant, is that right?

does anyone here know if thats right? isant it for every week pregnant you are thats how many centimetres you should measure up?

Apparently that measuring doesn’t normally start till the second trimester (~20 weeks) so I’m assuming you might get inaccurate results measuring it right now.

Not necessarily. For the first trimester (weeks 1-12) the baby does more developing (forming all the body parts) than growing, so the uterus doesn’t change much. The uterus is usually still well within the pelvic bones and can’t be felt or measured very easily externally. Once you hit around 12 weeks, the baby is mostly growing and maturing all of its organs, so that’s when the uterus starts to grow into the abdomen. They really don’t start worrying about fundal height until around 16-20 weeks.
