Should I tell a doctor about this?

I’m 5”2 and 120 pounds. I’ve really been pigging out lately :(

In the summer, I used to feel so good about myself. Now I feel like I swallowed ten trucks (I might as well have because of all the food I’ve been eating.

I’m not fat, but I was 107 pounds 2 months ago, so I feel terrible.

Should I see a doctor if I’m eating 3000-4000 calories a day? I know it’s really bad :’(

You don’t need a doctor. Not yet anyway but you do need more will power and to stop eating so much. You already admitted you know your problem “so cut down on the calories”. And get some exercise. “Brisk Walking” is good and it’s easy.

I think you’re fine with how much you’re eating, considering your age. It could be just what your body needs. Maybe you could stop eating so much junk, but keep eating good food.

What you SHOULD see the doctor about is a preoccupation with weight, if you have one, or if one develops.

Answer #3

Um, yeah, see a nutritionist. To see how many calories and such you should be eating, go to mypyramid.gov and then go to the my pyramid plan. It should help you figure out what you should be eating and how much.
