So I’m going to be a freshman in highschool & I like this guy we ever were just hanging out we have a lot of fun & we have a lot in common he is also hugging me & has his arm(s) around me. Should I tell him I like him or what??

No, just kinda drop little hints about how cute he is when he does some things. Let him tell you that he has feelings for you, because if he does he will eventually tell you.
