Should I take the next step to see if I'm pregnant?

I’m 23 yrs. old and my husband and I have been trying to have a baby. I really think about it alot and now I’m 5 days late on my period. I took two home tests, one cheapy one and a First Response one and they both said negative. I can’t stand not knowing why I’m not getting my period and if I’m really pregnant or not. I’m trying not to get my hopes up, but I don’t know what else to think since I haven’t gotten it. So, should I just suck it up and wait till next week and see if I get my period or is there something else that could give me answers, but not cost a whole lot of money (like having a blood test done) and make a doctor think that I’m getting ahead of myself???

u should go to a doctor because it may not be pregnancy or ur period u may have something that can kill u. You can be in danger and not even know

Well, waiting would be the best thing, that way you don’t have to keep on buying tests. I know it sucks waiting when you want something so bad :)
