should I take my daughter to the hospital?

she didnt say she was 8 years old she said she hadnt eatien like 8 days.

I would definately take her. After 12 hours your body goes into starvation mode. Imagine whats happening now. I use to be anorexic and she does seem like she has this. She needs to be evaluated. Remember anorexia is a mental illness. It may even require psychological help. Even if you confront her about this than she will probably deny it. Chest pain can be symptoms of things like a heartattack. This is very serious and she needs help.

You daughter is anorexic there is no denying it. She needs to go to the hospital and then be checked into a rehabilitation program for eating disorders where she can learn not to do that to herself. Its a mental disorder and it poisons your mind more than her body. Even if she starts eating again you have no idea what is going on in her head still.
