Should I lose weight now or later?

I am 15 and have gained a bit of weight only like a stone though. Should I loose weight no or later when my exams are finished in May. I am 143 pounds right now ?

I agree - start now, but slowly and sensibly. You’ll want to revamp your eating habits, not go on some silly crash diet that will only bring the weight back on, later.

Just try to cut down on greasy foods, on sweets and salty stuff, and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. You’ll feel better, and should be able to concentrate on your studies more easily.

I would start now exams are stressful and stress makes you gain weight so if you want to lose a few pounds I would start now hope that helped
