Should I let my boyfriend buy me breast implants?

My boyfriend wants to buy me breast implants & I’m not sure whether to accept the offer or not. We have been together for just under a year, im 24 & he is 32. He earns very good money. My breasts are small, and I am forever padding my dresses & tops to fill them out and not look like a 12 year old. It would be great to have larger breasts to look better in clothes, but is it a good idea to let a guy buy them? What if we break up - would he have a right to demand I pay him back for them? Has anyone had experience with getting breast implants - are they safe? Do people view them as being tacky? I need advice please!

Guys don’t pay much attention to my chest, and a couple of boyfriends have said id look better with bigger boobs as I have big hips and a small waist to balance them out…and I agree to an extent. It’s more that I don’t know anyone who has had it done and not sure of any risks…also I’d feel obliged to forever be in his debt so to speak as it would be a huge present to give…but it would make shopping for clothes so much easier & I’d feel more womanly..

And yes it’s the same guy I caught cheating online but we have made up since then, we can even joke about it now.

I don;t normally go for the “just be yourself” approach but implants are a major commitment not to be taken lightly. You need to replace them every 10 to 20 years so that might be 2 or 3 changes during your life… who will pay for those?

You say youre “padding your dresses tops to fill them out and not look like a 12 year old”. But are your boyfriend’s happy with your body when youre naked? If hes not maybe you should look for a boyfriend who likes you to look like a 12 year old… there is enough of them about.

Btw is this the same boyfriend you cought on a dating site?

I agree with ichi, just want to add, you might want to consider how you will feel (in terms of guilt) if you guys were ever to break up. It might then get difficult for you to let go because of him giving you such a massive gift.

If he buys you the implants, it is a gift and he can’t expect them - or the money he paid for them - back.

I think implants are fine if they’re tastefully done…no more than a C cup.
