Should I give this new guy a chance?

Well I’m still in love with my Ex, we broke up about 3 months ago. When I see him we flirt like mad, and he gives me signs that he likes me, but I’m not sure if I’m reading him right. He knows that I’m still in love with him and even though his hinted he still has feelings for me, he still hasn’t said anything to me about it. This other guy I have known for a while now has told me he really likes me, and well I like him a bit too, his asked me if I want to take things further and everyones telling me to give him a chance, I want to but I don’t feel that its right to be with someone if im in love with someone else. He knows I still love my ex and his still willing to give it ago. Everyone says this new guy might help me get over my ex. I’m just not sure wether I should take things further with this new guy. =/ I know I have to move on and forget about being with my ex but am I really ready? It makes it so much harder to get over him as well as his my best friend and we are pretty close. But since we split up we went ver distant from each other and now when we see each oter we act as if were back together, everyones really confussed on whats going onbetween us and to be honest so am I. Any advice would be much appreciated :) Thank you x
