Should I get closure?

I broke up with my boyfriend of 7 months 6 weeks ago. Thanks to me our breakup was pretty rocky and I never got real closure. I am having trouble letting go and I just heard that maybe his ex is 5 months pregnant with his baby. Hearing this has set me back even further cause now I know he may have cheated on me and it hurts to know that he may have did that. Part of me still wants closure though so what should I do?

Go talk to him. Ask him what happened in your relationship. Tell him that you don’t want to make the same mistakes again and ask him what went wrong. If he has gotten fully over you then he will answer without a defense. If not, then he’ll probably tell you to go away or something rude.

I have always wanted closure too, and the longer we’ve been apart, the more its easier to just let it all go! Just close that part of your life, because you most likely wont get the answers your looking for. You’re the one who broke up, so why are you looking for closure? Moving on is far less painful than knowing what you dont want to hear. Its just not worth reliving all over again.
