Should I cut my hair at a student center?
Should I cut my hair at this student center (beauty school)? my friend always gets her hair done there and she says there really good. I read a few reviews online some said they were nice and helpful but another said they were very unproffesional.
anybody have any bad expereinces at student beauty school centerS?
Just have them cut only a little off and keep it long the first time. That way if they screw up you can go elsewhere to get it fixed.
Theres always a chance of a “bad experience” at a beauty school or even professional salon. Its completely up to you. I was in Cosmetology School for awhile and we had several clients. We were very professional and had almost all of our clients come back within time. If your friend has been there and has had a good experience, why not try it. Do something small, like a trim, mani, pedi, or wash and style. Good luck!
It’s really a mixed bag, and you can never be sure what you’re going to get. I went to one once, got a cut and color, and it turned out really well, but it took hours longer than a normal salon would have. The person sitting next to me was definitely not happy, and the friend I came with was very satisfied. It’s a really good price if you’re willing to take the risk.
